Ferrosilicon Composition
השאר הודעה
Ferrosilicon is an alloy composed of iron and silicon, with varying proportions of each depending on the specific application and manufacturing process.
The most common grades of ferrosilicon are:
75% Ferrosilicon: This grade contains approximately 75% silicon and 25% iron, with trace amounts of other elements such as aluminum, carbon, and calcium.
72% Ferrosilicon: This grade contains approximately 72% silicon and 28% iron, with similar trace element content as the 75% grade.
65% Ferrosilicon: This grade contains approximately 65% silicon and 35% iron, with similar trace element content as the other grades.
There are also higher purity grades of ferrosilicon available, such as 90% and 98% pure, which contain correspondingly higher levels of silicon and lower levels of impurities. These higher purity grades are often used in specialized applications such as solar cell manufacturing, electronics, and semiconductor production.
